Villa San Juan is a charming 4-bedroom holiday home located in a quiet residential area near the center of Carvoeiro. With capacity for 9+4 people, it features a large private pool, spacious garden, and is a short distance from all amenities, making it ideal for families.



The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 double bedroom with a terrace and separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), 1 room with 3 single beds, and an additional toilet.



The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining room with outdoor access, where you can relax on loungers and enjoy the private pool (optional heating). Outside, there is a barbecue, dining table, and game area with snooker and table tennis. Parking available for 1 car.



With an excellent location, Villa San Juan is just a few minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and Carvoeiro beach. Several golf courses are 5 minutes by car.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices up to 9 people.

From the 10th to the 13th person, an additional fee will be charged that includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
