Private Modern 3 Bed Villa With Private Pool in Gale, Near Albufeira

PRIVATE 3 bedroom ultra modern villa with private pool area and gardens that are not overlooked with lots of outdoor space for eating and entertaining.

3 large bedrooms all with private ensuite sleeping up to 6. Consists of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double and 1 twin) and a 1 queen sized bedroom on the top floor with its own private balcony area and double patio doors. Each bedroom has window shutters to keep the light out and the rooms cool along with air conditioning.

Located in Vale-de-Parra near Gale Beach the villa is just 10 minutes drive from Albufeira Old Town. The villa offers complete privacy and is nestled in a quiet agricultural area with good surrounding views of vineyards.

Just 10 minutes walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to local bars, café, bakery, deli and supermarkets there is everything within easy reach. The nearest Portuguese restaurant is Sao Domingoes just down the lane which is excellent and next door you will find an amazing Deli meaning you don't have to cook if you don't want to. If you're a keen golfer we are also only 5 mins drive to the famous golf course of Salgados.

The private drive offers parking for 2 cars and also offers security with remote controlled electric double gates and side gate with intercom access. The villa is surrounded by a secure perimeter fence and is not overlooked as the villa is set by farmland and vineyards.

The villa has been built with outdoor living in mind with 3 separate large seating areas to choose from. The villa has large double patio doors that open out to the large covered terrace with a sofa and dining area. The South-facing garden giving ideal sun exposure all day. Outdoor seating provides dining with a large BBQ area which allows you to cook al-fresco. Modern loungers and table areas provide ample sunbathing space around the pool with a mature garden that offers total privacy. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset overlooking the farm vineyards whilst enjoying a drink on the sun loungers up there or a meal on the rooftop dining table and chairs.

Inside the modern open plan layout gives you a great feeling of spaciousness. Furnished by an interior designer to an extremely high standard you will feel at home as soon as you enter it. Free WiFi and Smart 3D TV with Netflix access. The kitchen with large american fridge freezer and ice machine giving you access to everything you need for a self catering holiday if you choose to use that or of course you can opt to holiday in style and eat out at the many brilliant restaurants nearby.

Our guest book in the property gives you lots of tips of where to go and eat from the many past happy guests Villa Casa Nova has welcomed.

The added benefit too is that you have our local house managers on call should you need anything during your stay.

Lovely villa

It's a great villa with lovely grounds, and in a good location. In walking distance to some restaurants and a 5-10 minute drive to a couple of supermarkets. The TV had plenty of English channels if required. The gates were lockable as well.

We had a great family stay (6 adults) and the villa was up to expectations. The villa is very well appointed and the garden and the outside area is excellent and the location was very quiet.The entrance is a little tight for cars but manageable.Overall a great place to stay

Perfect Introduction to the Algarve

This was our first time in the Algarve, and we were looking for a house for the family that we could all be in and enjoy and use as a home base. This was exactly what we wanted. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that we were looking for, with some fantastic recommendations in the area (many within walking distance). We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect!

Wonderful modern villa with pool and lovely garden. Outdoor eating areas, barbecue, everything you could need inside and out for a perfect holiday. En-suite bedrooms are great for 3 couples. Good nearby supermarkets, beach and shops. Ideal quiet location, plenty of parking for at least 2 cars, not overlooked by other properties so totally private with views of nearby countryside. We loved it so much that we are already planning on staying next year for longer.

Amazing

The villa is beautiful. Well worth the money. It’s not a far drive from most places but would advise best to have a car just easier to go around everywhere. The hosts are really nice and give great communication. Would definitely stay here again we all really enjoyed it here. Thank you for letting us check out later as well.

Another lovely stay…

This was our second time staying at the villa and we enjoyed it as much as the first. The villa is modern and spacious, the pool area is the same and there are places to go locally to match differing tastes. Communication was great and the villa was clean and tidy.

Amazing Villa

The villa was amazing! It was very clean & had all the facilities we needed. We uses the outside areas a lot, including the very clean well kept pool. I would definitely recommend a stay at this villa, the property manager was so helpful. We were close to Aldi's to get groceries, there were a couple of bars, restaurants & shops all within a 10 minute walk from the villa. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Awesome home in Albufeira

My wife and I decided that the Algarve region was a place we wanted to spend a month in our retirement. We looked for a place to call home, and this property was perfect. Beautiful 3 bedroom home all with in-suite baths that is well maintained. Awesome yard with pool. Walkable to great restaurants and only 20 minute walk to amazing beaches. Well stocked home that left us not really wanting anything. If we had an issue, the owner has an in town property manager who is fantastic. We had a couple things pop up and they were addressed immediately. Can’t ask for more than that. We really hope to come back!

Tranquil getaway

The house was absolutley amazing, modern, so clean and nicely appointed. Lots of room for 3 couples or even a big family. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was a bit smaller than the pictures showed, but very refreshing and cool (not heated). Backyard and many other areas had great seating. Be aware, you only get one role of toilet paper per bathroom, hard pillows need upgrading and you need to buy your own charcoal for BBQ. We were only 5 minute drive to so many different beaches, restaurants, golf, grocery and so much more. Very nice house

Beautiful Villa!!

Beautiful Villa in a great quiet location. Everything you need, lovely restaurants. Great outdoor area. Everything close by. We used ubers which turn up within minutes. Would definitely go back, we love that area and have been going for years.

Secluded and safe, ideal for a family holiday

Tony and Jenny were great hosts, kept in communication with us if we needed anything answering, Marta was also great helping the taxi driver getting us to the Villa, as it’s out of the way but NOT too far from everything once explored. We loved the Villa felt like home from home, and will be booking for next year as it’s our treat to our daughters and their families, they use as a base and we just relax. Bern and Dave

Luxurious and comfortable villa

This villa has everything you need for a great holiday experience. Modern and comfortable, very close to amenities e.g. walking to shops and restaurants is easy as they are close by. A car is not required as Ubers are cheap and plentiful. Beautiful beaches and sunsets.
