We hebben vier dagen erg genoten in dit hotel met onze jongens van 6 en 7 jaar! We hebben half pension genomen en dat beviel heel goed: ze hebben een goed ontbijt- en diner-buffet. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ons appartement was heerlijk: zeer ruim en schoon, op de begane grond en met terras. Uiteraard is het een rustig hotel/zwembad; dus we moesten onze zoontjes af en toe wel een beetje temmen in hun lawaaiige enthousiasme. Jammer dat we er zo kort waren!

Het perfecte vakantie hotel/aprtement.
De 4 sterren van het hotel zijn meer dan waard. De service is goed, de kamer netjes, de bedden slapen heerlijk en de zwembaden zijn fantastisch. Wij zijn een week geweest met het gezin en iedereen heeft genoten.

Super lokatie, mooie zwembaden, kamers wat oud
Lokatie was super, zwembaden heerlijk als het al wat langer warm is, de eerste dagen was het water nog te koud. Ontbijt is prima, lekker buiten eten. Het avondeten was ok. De kamer, of het apartement, was erg ruim, wel al wat ouder, maar uiteindelijk ok. Lekker was ookdat er een wasmachine en droger in het apt was. De parkeergarage is een plus (uit de zon) al zijn de plaatsen wel erg krap....maar geen probleem als je voorzichtig bent. Wifi werkte ook goed in de kamer.

zeer aan te bevelen!
wij hebben alleen maar zeer goede ervaringen gehad met dit hotel. Wel is het aan te raden om van tevoren te kijken waar het zo ongeveer ligt in Vilamoura. De bewegwijzering is vrij summier. Personeel uitermate vriendelijk, hotelappartement schoon. Als je even voor rust kiest, is ook de maand december heerlijk om in Portugal te zijn. Met 20 graden zelfs een hele dag aan het zwembad gezeten. Wel is het handig om een auto te huren, omdat er zo veel te zien is in de Algarve.

Prachtig hotel
We kwamen er terecht omdat ons huis geen water had en dat net voor de kerst. We hebben toch nog een heerlijke kerst gehad in een groot appartement met 2 slaapkamers woonkamer en keuken. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Erg goed ontbijt en vriendelijke medewerkers

The pictures making it look newer and updated, it’s very dated. The room I had looked like something out of the 80’s. Beds were hard as a rock. The only reason I’m giving any good stars was the front desk guy, who was doing a great job.

Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking.

It was our second stay at Four Seasons. We like to travel around to see amazing beaches, so it makes a perfect base for this reason. Vilamoura Marina is within walking distance. The pools areas are well kept and there is plenty of space for everybody. All the staff members deserve to be mentioned for their everyday efforts to make your stay as enjoyable as possible ! The accommodation is very good, plenty of wardrobes for your holiday outfits. Kitchens are well equipped. We can highly recommend Four Seasons for unforgettable holidays!

The Four Seasons Vilamoura makes for a delightful holiday. Clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and informative, always willing to help. The close vicinity to the Old Village gives it an added bonus. Third time staying there and have never been disappointed

This property desperately needs an update. It is stuck in 1990. Food was pretty bad at the restaurant as well. Overpriced for what it was. We were expecting so much more for a Four Seasons property.

Great family getaway for Easter
Fantastic getaway location. Great hotel and amenities. We had a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 5. It was perfect. Great view of the pools from our balconies, and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to make small meals in. As it was Easter break, the hotel wasn't too busy.

Four Seasons is a well made, well run and very attractive resort. The surroundings are beautiful, it is in a beautiful region of Algarve and near excellent beaches and boating marinas. One would go to Vilamoura for town, shops, meals and boats. For beaches and seaside attractions, one would go to Quarteira, a lovely seaside resort nearby. We can walk to Vilamoura, but for Quarteira, use the FREE Linha Verde bus transport.

I paid for four nights in mid-November 2022 but when I checked in at the property late afternoon it seemed deserted with just one receptionist and one bar person. Having located the barman, I ordered a beer in the bar which had been recently painted and was covered in decorating sheets. I did not stay very long as the smell of paint was overwhelming. I was shown to my room which looked as though it was decorated in the 1980's and had a small TV on a side wooden table. I went back to Reception and complained immediately and was shown another room which was larger but also dated and drab. I decided to leave, checked out and headed for the Hilton Vilamoura where I had stayed a few times previously in a huge room and received excellent service. I asked the receptionist for a refund but was told that I would have to contact Expedia which I did but to date I have had no success. The company's attitude seems to be to say sorry but to take no action to resolve a customer complaint. In conclusion, please avoid this hotel as the images on the Expedia website are misleading and in my opinion the property does not deserve its 4 star rating. Overall, a very terrible experience!

Bit like the Algarve itself, place probably peaked in the 80s, bit tatty, don’t be fooled by the Four Seasons label. Great pools though, quiet family environment so good atmosphere, good value for money i suppose.

Not a Four Seasons Property!
I have no idea how this property is allowed to operate under this name. Look it up on Four Seasons actual website. They DO NOT have a property in the Algarve. This property is extremely outdated, the service is subpar, most of the services advertised were not offered and most importantly they are operating under the name Four Seasons when they are not in fact an actual Four Seasons property. They are NOWHERE NEAR Four Seasons standards. I do not recommend staying here as I cannot support a fraudulent business or an outdated, subpar hotel. Hotels.com should not be allowing bookings for this property under false pretenses.

Very friendly staff, room was spacious and comfortable, great service from check in to check out. More of a quiet area which is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful area to relax and unwind. Supermarket just down the street (5 min walk) for any essentials. Food was pretty good at the restaurant. Pool area is wonderful. Would definitely stay again!
