Villa Waikiki is an excellent option for families or friends seeking peaceful holidays in Albufeira, just a 15-minute walk from the city center and 2 km from the beaches. The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.



On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom, and a balcony. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, as well as a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. The living/dining room is spacious and has direct access to the outdoor area with a pool.



The villa has an exterior deck with a private pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, relaxation chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue for outdoor meals.



Located in the quiet neighborhood of Caliços, the villa is a 10-minute walk from supermarkets and local markets. The historic center and Albufeira Strip are a 7-minute drive away.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 6 people.

For the 7th and 8th persons, an additional fee will be charged that includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
