« Hany, the property manager, is the only saving grace of this. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have survived the two-week stay. He was so kind and helpful. The apartment wasn't located where the pictures indicated it was. There is no pool. It's in a poor and busy area. The apartment is not well kept. "Le service est excellent, les personnels sont professionnels, aceuillant, l'hôtel est propre, surtout mr Mohab le gars est tellement accueillant et attentif,la femme de chamre Fatma est tellement gentille et attentionnée, j'ai adoré mon séjour"

"L’endroit est situé dans un secteur de type balnéaire malheureusement quand nous y sommes allés toutes les commodites etaient fermés restaurants magasins et… La chambre était propre et confortable . La plage géniale, les employés sont très gentils et prévenants nous avions payé pour vue mer sur le balcon ( minuscule ) mais les vitres qui servaient de balustrade etaient tellement sales qu’on ne voyait rien à moins d’être debout Les chiens errants sur la plage font pitiés c’est désolant de les voirs sans nourriture Sinon nous avons appréciés cet endroit Qui doit être extraordinaire en saison "
