'The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. 'Great location, walking distance to main strip of beach and dining but a block away so it’s quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly upon check in. Property is well kept, clean, and all necessary amenities required. Only slight feedback is the air con is pre-set and we weren’t allowed to change it. The bedroom was quite warm and stuffy at night even with the door open so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, the property itself is great '

'The apartment was clean, big, silent and if you have the toproof apartment you have a great view (after a lot of stairs). Good price also! Be aware of the fact the matrasses are pretty soft and if the cleaning starts 10AM and you miss it if you haven't left the apartment for a day out.'
