This suite is named in honour of the late Gordon "Gordie" Peterson (1929-2023), Jenna's grandfather and a true Alert Bay icon. For over 50 years, Gordie was a pillar of our community—as Mayor, an executive of the Legion and Lions Club, and an entrepreneur whose ventures were woven into the fabric of the village. His legacy of hospitality and service is the foundation of Peterson Ventures. This premier suite, with its commanding view of the Johnstone Strait he loved, is our tribute to him.

We're Joe and Jenna, the next generation proud to continue Gordie's legacy. As part of your serviced stay, all linens, towels, and essential toiletries are included, with housekeeping available upon request. We operate with a 'Virtual Front Desk' model to ensure you have a seamless self-check-in and uninterrupted privacy. We monitor messages between 9 am and 8 pm and will respond as quickly as we can, ensuring local support is always just a message away.
