1.- The house has 4 bedrooms, all with bathroom en suite. Top quality sheets (400 thread Egyptian cotton) and towels are included. Clothes will be changed every 7 days:

a) Main room on the first floor of 50m2, overlooking the sea. XXL double bed (180x200 cm), and a sofa bed 140x190 cm. Annex to the main room there is a dressing room of 10m2, ideal to put two folding beds for children (90x190 cm). Both the room and the dressing room give access to a huge terrace with stunning views. b) 2 additional rooms on the first floor, about 30m2 each, each with two beds of 90x190 cm. Each room has large closets, as well as an en-suite bathroom, with sink and large shower. Both rooms give access to a terrace overlooking the Sierra de Irta and a pine forest.

c) 1 room on the ground floor, therefore accessible to people with mobility problems. The room, about 30m2, has two single beds of 90x190 cm. It has a large closet, as well as an en suite bathroom with a large shower.

We have three folding beds of 90x190 and baby cot.

2.- On the ground floor is the 70m2 dining room, with two spaces: a space with a dining table for 13 people, and a sofa space to watch TV (flat screen TV), play Wii, listen to music, etc. Chimney.

3.- From the living room you access the terrace, the pool and the garden. The terrace has outdoor sofas, ideal for resting, reading, having a drink in the afternoon and at night. Facing the terrace is the 10 x 5 meter pool, plus a children's pool, with stunning sea views and that can be illuminated at night. Surrounding the pool and terrace is the Mediterranean garden. From the garden through a side door you can access the path from which to access the beach in approximately 3 minutes. In the garden there is a gazebo with a table for 10 people, overlooking the sea and ideal to eat in the shade enjoying the sea breeze.

4.- The kitchen is located on the ground floor. It has an American fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, etc. and all kinds of appliances and accessories, as well as a table and four chairs. All kinds of dishes, glassware and cutlery are included. From the kitchen you access the back garden, where there is an excellent barbecue.

5.- Our villa has a large car garage. In addition to the garage access ramp you can leave another second vehicle. In the garage is the washing machine. There is a clothesline on one of the terraces.
