All essentials are included at the property to ensure you have an elevated experience. This room is attached to a house but the space is kept private and completely separate from the rest of the home. There is one parking space in the driveway on the right hand side, or plenty of street parking. This unit now has a mini split to keep you at the perfect temperature all year long. We only accept SMALL dogs in this property and they CAN'T be left alone. Read below for more details.

~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night
