Near an ecological reserve, considered a jewel of Albufeira, it offers the opportunity to observe birds in their natural habitat.With 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 twin rooms with separate beds) and 3 bathrooms (two en-suite), the villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout all areas. The fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, toaster, washing and dishwashing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and refrigerator, is perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the panoramic sea view.The spacious living room with comfortable sofas has direct access to an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying a meal with a fabulous view. On the lower level, you'll find the pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the barbecue for family gatherings.Just 5 minutes by car, you'll find several renowned restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, as well as a supermarket and golf course.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
