Villa Marina is a charming property located in the heart of Marina de Albufeira, ideal for a relaxing holiday close to the sea. This colorful house stands out for its private heated pool (additional cost) and a welcoming environment that invites fun.



The spacious and bright living and dining room features glass doors that open to the garden, creating a direct connection to the outdoors. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and two with double beds, all with private bathrooms and access to balconies with views of the surroundings. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing functionality for easy meal preparation.



Outside, the large terrace includes the heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for relaxed moments.



Located in a quiet area of Marina de Albufeira, close to cafés, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. It is about a 20-minute walk from the center of Albufeira with its sandy beaches and the charm of the Old Town, Villa Marina guarantees an unforgettable holiday.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 8th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
