  • The location and inside of the villa is unique. You can stay at the balcony and watch your friends/family at the beach.
    Situated on a cliff with a fabulous sea view from the terrace, kitchen, living and dinning room.
    Decorated in a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. The villa has air conditioning. 2 bedrooms & 1 Mezzanine (king size bed) , 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite with shower), the other is with bath.
    The kitchen is fully-equipped in a modern way. The living room has TV, cable tv. WIFI. Balcony with shower and furniture to have a perfect meal!

Awesome location

Excellent property. Great location. Could use one more AC unit in the loft and a larger bed in the 2nd bedroom. Really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach

We arrived tired from our flight & drive from Lisbon, and loved the Trattoria next door. It was very comfortable and we loved sitting on the porch overlooking the beach. Please note that there is no upstairs bathroom, so put younger people upstairs if possible.

Beautiful house right on the beach

we spent a week in the house. Beds are comfortable and the house is tastefully furnished. Staff was quick to respond to any issues and cleaned the housy thoroughly twice during the stay. The upstairs bedroom gets a bit warm, but bearable. The terracce with its stunning view of the ocean is were we spent most mornings and evenings. There is an italian restaurant next to the house and a fish restaurant right below, both which were good. We would come back any time.

A beautiful house right next to the ocean

The house is easy to reach, with parking available right next to it. It features beautiful, well kept furniture, modern kitchen appliances,a great TV with Netflix etc. and a balcony you can use for breakfast with an amazing ocean view. We stayed there as a family of five and hat ample space for everyone. The communication with the owner was easy and quick via WhatsApp in English, so no problems there. We even got a nice welcome basket with some local fruits, biscuits, coffee pads and more, so we could have a quick bite bevor going to the supermarket. It was an excellent stay and we'd love to came back soon ;-)

Loved it!

Perspective of an American family of 5 whom enjoyed Easter 2023 in Albufeira. Excellent stand-alone beach house situated basically on the beach. The architecture is great. The first floor interior is mix of exposed original stone wall combined with tasteful shaker white modern. The loft is a modern pine ceiling that is not to low combined with the modern glass railing system to the stairs. My one concern when I rented the house as parking. which despite Albufeira's 90% occupancy over Easter weekend was not an issue as the public residence spot was always available for our use. It is hard pressed to come up with a negative about the place other than the low class English tourists that may from time to time make noise late at night or the sorting/cleaning of the china noise from the restaurant immediately below. Neither of which would stop me from renting again. As for food: We ate out regularly O Chefe up the hill was probably the best Restaurante in the immediate neighborhood. I would not recommend eating at the Italian restuarnte next door. Host was great! She answered every question immediately and was very helpful. Our entire family loved the house and would recommend it!

The Appartment is great as in the pictures, very neat and support and logistics are organised punctually. The old city centre is on short walking distance. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rikke van Berk, The Netherlands.

Great location at the beach!

The Villa was just like in the pictures ( except from the TV which has been upgraded to a LED Flatscreen :) ) and is located at the beach which is perfect. The owner is very helpfull and everything was well taken care of. You don't need an airco in the living room since the ocean brings in a fresh breeze. If there would be an airconditioning in the bedrooms that would be perfect, but the owner is working on it. The only thing that needs improvement is the Wifi signal which is not really strong....you aren't able to watch Netflix, but then again....who needs it anyway on a holiday in Portugal! So the rest makes up for it. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, one of a kind, historic, fully remodeled property in front of the beach,

This is an amazing property, an old house that has been fully remodeled in front of a beautiful beach. We cherished our stay there. Noise from the beach was no problem. The beds were comfy and the AC work great. The kitchen was fully stocked. The host was wonderful and left a nice care package upon arrival. All I recommend are some portable luggage racks and some wall hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms. The rooms downstairs are small and it was not comfortable to keep the luggage in the room for easy access- it ended up in the back of the dining room. The location cnt be beaten. Out of the craziness of albufeira but close enough we could walk there.

Owner, manager and staff were outstanding. They helped us with transfers and quickly responded to our needs. Property is lovely overlooks beach. Easy access to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. Used hop on hop off bus to go to Villamoura and tour nearby areas. Thank you to owner for sharing this villa with us.

Amazing Beachfront!

The place is amazing as advertised It should be noted that your car will get keyed if it's left in the spots beside the house. I had read a review saying the same but chanced it on multiple nights as I bought rental car insurance! One night the left side was keyed and another night the other side was keyed. The restaurants right in front are amazing and it is a very short walk to your west and down the escalators to the vibrant old Town. This property is a 10 out of 10

Perfect location

A very well equipped comfortable property in a perfect location. We stayed the week with our teenage son and friends of ours with a boy the same age. Upon our arrival we’re greeted with an ice bucket and bottle of prosecco which got the holiday started. The house is well set up for guests with easy instructions for the alarm and energy saver card. We enjoyed the beach which is right on your door step, every day we were there. We were able to reserve our beds each day at a cost of 15 euro. The weather was amazing all week with glorious sunshine and clear blue skies. There are beach restaurants and bars very close to the house and beach beds. The better of these being the Italian restaurant Toscana. We went out every night to the lively Old Town and once to the new Town. We found the atmosphere better in the old town. We would definitely return Some time soon. Everyone had a great time.

Best place in Albufeira...wonderful place and view.

This place is just as the reviews and photos show....it really is a great place to stay when in Albufeira. Sandra is a wonderful host and was available to help or answer questions whenever we needed. The house is just above the beach, a very short walk to the beach down a few stairs. Had our coffee on the porch every morning watching the sun come up, watching and listening to the waves. We were in Portugal for a golf trip, there were 2 couples with tons of room, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I rented a large van, and I had no issues finding parking either beside the house, or just up the street a bit. This place has wonderful charm. It is only a very short walk to the old town, where there are TONS of restaurants and shops....it was fun to spend the evenings in the bustle of old town, and then take a short walk back to the house, it is just far enough out that you did not hear or see the old town. There is a nice Italian restaurant right beside the house, we had dinner there twice, it was called Trattoria Toscana. There is a small train that you can catch for 5 Euro for the day, it has several stops around Albufeira, such as old town and what is known as the strip (more restaurants and shops). I would definitely recommend this house to anyone thinking of staying in Albufeira....it will be part of stories we tell our friends for years.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Strand

My stay in Albufeira

The property is absolutely perfect location. No neighbours around, very private. It is directly on the beach. And very close to old town (or new town... if you prefer). Only issue was parking. There are 3 parking spots right next to the place on a one way road. The parking is reserved for residents, but they fill up fast. We only had an issue finding parking one day of the week. All other days we were able to find parking. Its a small negative. If you want the perfect location in Albufeira which has a bit of seclusion and very close to everything that is happening in Albufeira, this is the spot.

beautiful home next to the beach

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house !! It really has a fabulous view on the ocean !! The interior decoration is very modern and cozy. There is cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen every other day. Sandra ist very kind and answered every question we had. We would recommend this house any time and we would love to come back !!
