Located a short distance from all amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops and beach, this excellent villa is perfectly located to make the most of your holidays in Albufeira with family or friends.This property has 3 bedrooms with single beds and 1 double room (couple), accommodating 8 + 2 people, in addition to 3 bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room.The doors of the room allow access to the charming garden and swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun and enjoy outdoor meals, prepared on the barbecue.Villa Royal Sandals is located on a quiet street in the lively area of Santa Eulália. Ideal for family groups or friends, it is a short walk from all nearby amenities, including a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach (Santa Eulália) is about 15 minutes walking (5 minutes by car), as well as the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just 8 minutes by car.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
