Long wait at check in. Very long queue for breakfast and service very slow. Coffee cold, plates not available at some serving stations. Incorrectly charged in Boons Previously stayed and had no complaints then.

Great hotel!
We stayed a week in a room facing the swimming pool end of January and it was great. Then when our daughter joined us for a week of teleworking, we moved to a bigger room with a nice terrace in a beachfront chalet and it was wonderful! Great staff, good breakfast! We hope to come again next year!

Fire detector issues.
Wonderful hotel with a well-designed infrastructure. We enjoyed the facilities and the restaurants. The only disappointing point was the fire alarm sensor mounted in the room, which was blinking at all times, every ten seconds. I assume that it was installed incorrectly, as it was flashing directly to the eyes when you sleep. It was so annoying, so I couldn't fall asleep, and I had to go down to the reception to get some help. Unfortunately, there was no possibility to switch off or deactivate it remotely, and the staff advised me that they could put a sticker on it to cover the light. This was not possible either as my wife and little son were already sleeping and only me were struggling. I asked if they could get an eye mask for me, but sadly it was not available in the hotel, so I had to sleep with a t-shirt on my face. On the next day, they came over to my room, to place a sticker on the fire detector. At night, I discovered that the sticker was not wide enough and the stubborn light was still hitting my eyes, so I asked them to come once again. Finally, they put a huge piece of tape to cover the good portion of the detector, so I could sleep. Some of the staff were quite helpful, and they seemed really sorry that this happened to me. On the other hand, some hotel employees kept on telling me that this is a normal procedure and that all rooms have the same type of detectors, which doesn't bother anyone. Rest of all, it was a pleasant stay with lots of great moments.

Quality of dinner buffet extremely poor, service mediocre, room view excellent, cleanliness satisfactory, amenities plenty and well organized… too crowed though. Plenty of children everywhere. If you are looking to relax, definitely not your typical resort.

Lovely hotel but disappointed that our requests were not met. Asked for all three rooms to be on the same floor due to family travelling together but were all separate until the eventually put two rooms on the same floor. Upgraded 2 rooms for a better view but my room wasn’t upgraded and had a view of building works and a crane! Small matter but would of made a huge difference to my review.

Very friendly service in a brand new hotel. Most of the guests are families with children, but this does not affect the quality of the rest of guests who want peace and quiet. The complaint is the monotonous food with a poor selection of dishes that certainly does not correspond to a 5* hotel (we had breakfast and dinner). The food was chosen for guests from Russia, who make up the majority of the hotel's guests. On the beach, broken down scooters from neighboring hotels are making unbearable noise.

Rooms are not soundproof, it is very noisy inside the room which is not nice. Check-in process was slow and it took 45 minutes to get our luggage in the room. Beside that, good food at Noons, breakfast is also good. Pool is great.

While the hotel is new , they still have a lot of work to do on their staff and service. I had a negative experience where the room I booked (2 double beds) was not available , and the front desk staff kept insisting that a Sofa Bed is the same as a double bed, then they tried to charge me for an additional room so I can get the second bed. They were more concerned about resolving their internal booking issues than solving my issue… I waited for a very long time, with a very argumentative front desk person until my issue was finally resolved. The hotel in general is nice , however, basic. Much more options on Marjan Island that offer much more, like a water park for kids, and better dining options
