**Sleeping Arrangements**

Four bedrooms provide ample space for rest. The master suite boasts a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Another bedroom features a king bed, one offers a queen bed, and the last has a twin trundle bed. A second full bathroom with a tub-shower combo is conveniently located on this level.



**Living Areas**

The main level includes a living room with beamed ceilings and a dining area with hardwood floors, leading out to the deck. The cozy family room on the lower level features exterior access and a built-in desk for workspace.



**Kitchen & Dining**

The updated kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Essentials such as pots, pans, and dishware are provided, and a dining table invites shared meals.



**Entertainment & Games**

The basement is a hub of fun with an air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, and putting green. Enjoy board games, a game console, and a 55-inch HDTV with Roku for movie nights.

There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Please be aware of our House rules.



⚠️ House rules:



🤫Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning.

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚫NO underage consumption or drugs.

🎉NO parties or large gatherings are permitted.

🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice

🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.





📌 Hot Tub House Rules:



Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:



🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!



📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
