A 200 m² villa, fully air-conditioned and spread over 2 floors, Villa A Piaghja can accommodate up to 10 people. It has 5 bedrooms in total, one of which is an outbuilding outside the house.

Entrance & Living room :
As soon as you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a lush tropical garden leading straight to the main entrance.
Inside, you'll immediately be transported into a warm, uncluttered atmosphere, tinged with touches of sophistication. As you pass through the entrance hall, you'll discover a vast living room with a refined, modern feel, as well as a dining room, all facing large picture windows opening out onto the Mediterranean. Adjoining this living room is a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the outside.

First floor:
To the right of the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor, you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms with large wardrobes, both with sea views. Also on this floor is a storage room, a spacious bathroom with 2 basins and 2 showers and separate WC.
On the second floor, under the roof, there is a comfortable relaxation area with a large sofa and television. There are 2 further bedrooms with sloping ceilings on this floor, as well as a shower room.

Outside:
Outside, you'll find an exceptional space: a magnificent shaded terrace with a large dining table and fully equipped summer kitchen to make the most of your summer meals. The perfect place to relax and let go!
A second small terrace with deckchairs completes the outdoor area. You'll have a front-row seat to admire the breathtaking view over the Gulf of Ajaccio. Finally, below this terrace is a small private beach.

The house enjoys a rare and truly exceptional location, right on the water with its own private beach and only a few minutes' walk from the old town of Ajaccio.
