THE ATMOSPHERE
You will be seduced by the charm and the authenticity of this house, this mixture of wood and colors in an atmosphere that calls for holidays. The street in which the house is located is one of the most typical streets of Ajaccio, inviting to discover and walk. You will appreciate its calm because the street is entirely pedestrian and its ideal location right in the center of the historic heart and the most beautiful points of view of the city.

THE CITY HOUSE
CASA DI U PESCADORU is the perfect town house for a stay with friends or family in Ajaccio and its region. You will be seduced by its authenticity, it is one of the first houses built in the historic center, its quiet location and its proximity more than immediate shops and the urban beach of Ajaccio.
The house, which is organized on two floors served by old stairs, has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with toilet and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and opens onto a comfortable living room equipped with a TV with internet.

NIGHT CORNER
You will find 3 comfortable rooms: 1 room with bed in 90 which can be transformed into a wink in bed in 180, 1 room with bed in 140 at the same level. This sleeping area is complete with a shower room with sink and toilet. An office is on the same floor. The last room is on the top floor of the house and is equipped with a TV with internet, a large dressing room and a bathroom with sink and toilet.
Note: the stairs can be a bit steep due to their age. It is advisable to leave the suitcases down and climb on the dish;)

SMALL PLUS
The owners took care to furnish the house with taste, decorate it in a holiday spirit (linen curtains, wood) and equip it to the maximum so that the occupants can make the most of this little haven of peace.

Bath, cot (sheets provided), stroller on confirmation only (think about it at the time of booking)
Available for all: towels and sheets
A laundry room is also present on the ground floor.
Travelers have access to the entire house

THE DISTRICT
The historic district is a neighborhood from which you will do everything on foot! Except leaving Ajaccio of course. Indeed, everything is accessible on foot because we are right in the center of the historic district and at the same time at the seaside.
This district is suitable for everyone:
You will find the pleasure of walking on foot and go to the market or the beach in seconds, to eat in the good restaurants of Ajaccio nearby, and culture buffs can walk to the famous Fesch museum, at the house of Napoleon located 2 streets or the Citadel located 400m.
To note down the street: butcher, cheese, delicatessen. And at 30m baker for your breakfasts!
Every Friday from July 1st to August 31st is the night shopping with all stores open until midnight!

This incredible little house called "casa di pescadoru" (the fisherman's house) is located in the historic center of Ajaccio just near Napoleon's house, 20meters from the market, 40meters from the Tino Rossi's Port, 3min from the beach.

It's an old fisherman's house with lots of characters. It was renovated at the beginning of 2019 and full equiped.

It's composed of
Ground floor: 1 living room, 1 kitchen, restroom, 1 saddler
1st floor: 2 rooms, 1 with a queen bed (140x200) and 1 with a single truckle bed, 1 bathroom with a shower and restroom
2nd floor: 1 parental suite with a dressing room and a bathroom with restroom

the floors are served by stairs to little rough. it is recommended to leave large followingcases on the ground and remove your ladies' heels
