'Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed'

'Everything was okay. Nothing stood out as exceptional. We stayed two nights our room was never cleaned or additional towels delivered.'

'Hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. '

'Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful.'

'Room was clean but room itself is a little dated and shows wear and tear. Also had issues with room not getting serviced in a timely manner. The attached restaurant has good food and drinks and the location is good to explore downtown.'

'Voor doorreis een prima locatie. Basic kamers, maar wel schoon.'

'The front desk team was amazing. Hotel was under construction and elevator delays. My only concern was the room I was placed in! Was large and I appreciated that. But there were so many projects half done. Towel hook off wall, paint was consistent, curtain rods were irregular. Walls had patches. Also, housekeeping only cleaned the room one day out of four and it was missing a remote.'

'Hotel was prima, leuk zwembad, vriendelijk personeel en heel goed ontbijt. Ligging voor doorreizen is goed. Buurt voelde onveilig. ‘s avonds in de stad eten vonden wij niet prettig. '
