Open Plan kitchen dining and living rooms leading out onto the balcony to catch the Sea breezes.

As you enter the unit the main living area and master bedroom are at the front of the unit with 2 internal stairs lead you down to the 3/4th bdrms and 2nd bathroom.



The Space:

Air Conditioned in main living room. Large Ensuite with bath and walk in robe.

All linen is supplied, just bring your beach towels.

Single Lock up garage to store boards and bikes as well as parking your car.

You have the whole unit to yourself, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher large laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Guest Access:

Limited parking for boats and excess cars.



The Neighborhood:

As you are in a unit complex, noise around pool area is to be kept minimal and Definitely NO Glass around the pool area.



Other Things to Note:

Electric Cooking for stove top and oven, there is a safetyswitch on the wall next to stove top. Oven will require all 3 knobs turned on to work.
