'We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!'

'Notre première impression en arrivant : Les photos de l’annonce ne reflètent pas la beauté de la propriété ! Cette maison est parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. Pour notre part : 2 adultes et 2 enfants (7 et 15 ans). Le cadre est idyllique et on est tout de suite dans le bain avec une vue magnifique sur la garrigue sarde et la mer au second plan. Les cigales vous bercent dès le petit déjeuner. Calme, tranquillité et dépaysement. La première plage est à 10 minutes. Il ne manque rien à un...

'The villa is excellently set out for a big group to eat. Lunch, breakfast or socialize together. The rooms set out and layout were great. The resort is beautiful clean although its a bit limited in amenities. Excellent and peaceful location if you want peace , relax of Sardinia slightly away from the crowd.some excellent restaurants nearby '

'My family (2 Kids) and additional friends with 3 three kids had a splendid stay at Villa Tramonti. The house offers a wide patio and a stunning view over the coast line. It is spacious and you feel immediately relaxed. Allthough the privat beaches are a 10min walk, the surrounding area is immersed in nature. Hope to come back soon'

'Gianfranco and his family are very nice hosts. The house is well equipped and located in a calm neighbourhood and less than 2km away from the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here!'
