'We had a great stay at Black Rock Villas. They were quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. The hot tub was a nice perk and we used it a little, it wasn’t hot but wasn’t cold. About 7-10 minute walk to the bus station in Karterados and not too far from Fira either. A little added bonus what’s that Sofia arranged a traditional breakfast from where she is from, it was very thoughtful and yummy.'

The host was very friendly and attentive offering great local recommendations & fast support via WhatsApp. The place itself was very nice and had a lot of character. The area is nice quiet local area and easy drive away from the main tourist areas. Only negative part for us was that our hot tub didn't work and that was the main reason for booking this particular place'
