- A 40 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
