Ideal for a romantic break or a holiday with friends, it offers all the comforts you need for a getaway on the Mediterranean coast: a living area furnished with a sofa, a loft bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a cosy wooden terrace with a raised table and a spa to relax in after a day of exploring! The beach is right on your doorstep, accessible from the terrace via a small private path.

The accommodation:
This ground-floor studio, measuring 20 m², can accommodate up to two people.
You’ll have access to:
- A main room featuring a loft bed (140x190), a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and air conditioning.
- A functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, electric hob, crockery, etc.
- A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request).

Outdoors:
- A lovely wooden terrace with a raised dining table for your meals and drinks, as well as a spa to help you relax after a day of sightseeing.

In the residential complex:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available, complete with an electric vehicle charging point.

Neighbourhood:
- Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach.
- A 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops, the Ferris
wheel… as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs.

Transport:
- Private parking space within the residential complex with an automatic code-operated gate, and free public parking nearby.
