The chalet is located in Afritz am See, a beautiful village nestled in the enchanting south of Carinthia. Surrounded by imposing mountains, lush forests and crystal-clear lakes, this is where nature, tranquillity and adventure meet. Step out the door and you are immediately in the middle of the fresh outdoors, where every season has its own magical charm.

In winter, you can reach the best ski resorts in no time. Only about 15 kilometres away is Bad Kleinkirchheim: 103 kilometers of slopes, modern lifts and plenty of variety for both families and sporty ski fanatics. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (approx. 13 km) - a sunny paradise with some 50-55 kilometers of ski runs and breathtaking views of the Alps.

But there is more than just mountains and snow fun. The bustling city of Villach is just around the corner, perfect for a day of shopping, café-dancing or relaxing in the thermal baths. And don't forget the lakes! The lake Afritzer See is next door, the Brennsee, the Ossiacher See and the Millstätter See nearby and all invite you to swim, sail or just relax by the water.
