'I particularly appreciated the large, clean laundry room where I was able to wash our clothes at the end of a 10-day vacation. We packed clean clothes in our suitcases. Also, the help by your front desk staff person on the morning of 9/13 (I didn't get her name) to ensure we had our boarding passes printed. All front desk staff were friendly and accommodating - that makes all the difference!'

'Staff was friendly, although not always knowledgable about the local area. Front desk staff should have a quick fact sheet of local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. handy to share with guests. On location restaurant is owned by a different company and hopefully will pick up more business moving forward. Pool area is nice - indoor/outdoor areas. Accessibility to rte. 25 is great...easy access to Balloon Fiesta!'
