Inside, two living areas give everyone room to rest and settle in, while the private garden, covered patio, and BBQ are made for slow, sunny afternoons outdoors. Central heating and cooling keep things comfortable year-round, while free parking makes it easy to arrive, unpack, and slip straight into holiday mode.
Bold artworks and collected vintage pieces bring warmth and character to every corner of this seaside retreat. The main living area offers a comfortable space for movie nights, with plush seating and soft natural light filtering through sheer curtains. The second lounge near the kitchen feels more intimate, pairing vintage-inspired furniture with garden views that invite slower moments over a book or glass of wine.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, French press, and essentials that make home cooking feel simple. The large timber dining table offers an inviting spot for shared meals and morning coffees before heading to Sellicks Beach.

Wander out into the lush garden, where native greenery, sun loungers, an undercover patio with an alfresco dining setting, and a gas BBQ make it easy to spend the day outside, from quiet morning stretches and afternoon naps in the sun to relaxed evening barbecues, with plenty of space for furry friends to explore.

Each bedroom blends comfort with colourful styling and practical flexibility for families or groups. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, leafy outlooks, and a private ensuite, creating a calm retreat at the front of the home. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a king single bunk bed and the fourth a single bunk bed, making both ideal for children or friends travelling together. The family bathroom includes a walk-in shower, bathtub, and separate toilet for added convenience.

Additional comforts include central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a private laundry with a washer and dryer, and an outdoor clothesline for added convenience during longer stays. Parking includes one garage space with an EV charger (available at an additional $20 per night) and one additional driveway space, plus free street parking available nearby. Pets are welcome.
