Dishes to be washed and put away and house tidied prior to vacating.
Non return of keys & remotes will incur the loss of bond.
Missing items & linen will be charged
BBQ to be cleaned after use.
No smoking inside, no pets. Parties or functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination & eviction without refund of security deposit & or extra charges for cleaning, wear & tear added to your credit card
PLEASE NOTE - IF 2 PEOPLE (A COUPLE) BOOK, ONLY DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM COMPRISING OF 1 QUEEN BED AND EN-SUITE WILL BE AVAILABLE NOT ANY UPSTAIR ROOMS OR BATHROOM.
IF 2 OR 3 SINGLE PERSONS BOOK HOME, ONLY UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE. THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE WILL BE LOCKED AND UNAVAILABLE.
No additional overnight guests without notifying owner- additional guests will be charged.
