The territory of the estate is 1500 m2, and a large landscaped garden, which offers views of the coast and the ocean, is one of its undeniable advantages. Numerous lounge areas with wicker chairs, hammocks and cozy terraces are located in the shade of fruit trees, tall palm trees and exotic plants. The outdoor pool (70 m2), which mirrors the colours of the ocean, is equipped with heating and the most advanced cleaning systems, which makes it possible to avoid using bleach and is an indisputable advantage for people with allergies and children. At the edge of the pool there is a three-meter screen cinema, allowing you to watch your favourite movies from almost every corner of the estate. Fans of water massages can relax in the hot tub, hidden in the shade of high palm trees, and SPA lovers will certainly enjoy the hammam and the Finnish sauna. Next to the SPA, there is a massage room and summer showers, an open-air tanning bed is located beside the pool, and there are recreation areas, a barbecue area and a dining table for 12 people at a large wooden terrace.

The estate’s interior is made in the tropical colonial style – reminiscent of the era of great discoveries, new lands’ development, travels and adventures. The decor includes numerous antiques, unique paintings and ornaments, vintage tools and maps. Most of the furniture is custom designed.
