'we stayed at this property for 10 days and from start to finish they treated us like a royalty. The concierge were great and helped with everything. The housekeeper kept that property so clean it was insane and the restaurant was five star. We’ve stayed in PVR many times before and this was one of our best stays if not our best. 'The whole facility was lovely. The only niggle was the our room didn't have a door to the toilet, we might be married but there are still some things we like to keep separate lol. Otherwise the location, room, pool area, cleanliness, welcome bottles of water and wine, bedding etc etc were all high quality.'

'Amazing and affordable place to Sat in PV! We were on the 4th floor and there wasn’t an elevator, but the staff helped us with our luggage up and down without even being asked. Great place to stay'

'Horrible staff for responding for a safety issue. Fire detector kept ringing in the middle of the night due to battery being LOW. Staff said just remove it and we will replace it tomorrow. I said NO! It’s my safety AND LIFE AT STAKE HERE — what if there is fire tonight while I am sleeping? You wan to RISK MY LIFE?!” Staff was annoyed after replacing battery and started slamming doors 🚪 and staring at me looking mad . He just left and slammed the door! SO RUDE!'

'Very cute boutique hotel. Super friendly staff, great location and relaxing pool. The welcome margaritas were delicious and the hotel is close to everything g in the romantic zone. Look forward to staying there again. The staff Martha, Rigo and Ivan were so friendly and made sure your stay was comfortable!'

'It was our 3rd stay at V Azul and again we absolutely loved it! The apartments are amazing, there’s everything you need. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool on the roof has a spectacular view! The location is perfect: close to the beach and great restaurants. And last but not least: people working at Azul are very friendly and always willing to help. We cannot wait to be back!'

'We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...
