Immersed in the green of the Umbrian countryside, it is used by the owner to rent it for tourist use for short rentals in the spring and summer periods.
The apartment, furnished in a sober way, consists of two bedrooms with five beds, bathroom, living room TV, kitchenette and outdoor terrace. In the space adjacent to the house you can park freely, while under a large walnut tree, there is a table with chairs and barbecue.
Acquasparta, part of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is a country rich in history that boasts sites such as Palazzo Federico Cesi and the Roman ruins of Carsulae. In addition, the town is equipped with good sports facilities with tennis courts and swimming pools, with the possibility of taking walks in the various tracking routes.
It is possible to reach the town of Acquasparta either by the Umbria Mobilità train (regional public transport), or by car via the E45 highway (which is an excellent link to quickly reach the most interesting destinations such as Todi, Perugia , Spoleto, Marmore Falls, Orvieto, Assisi, Collevalenza).
