BONITO PENTHOUSE
El departamento esta tal cual las fotos es muy amplio y agradable y limpio todo le funciona perfecto la comuicacion con el anfitrion muy fluida y rapida tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas lindas vacaciones en cuanto al complejo residencial el staff
en su mayoria despotas y con mala vocacion de servicio solo el personal de la torre un poco mejor tienen muchas reglas absurdas que te hacen sentir mal como el hecho que el departamento es para 16 personas y solo te dan un toldo
a pesar de que la mayoria estan vacios los guardias de la playa parecen capataces las albercas estan deplorables les falta una buena renovacion.
Como consejo fijen un precio antes con el personal domestico nos llevamos una mala sorpresa.

Amplio y bonito apartamento en la Isla
El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene una vista espectacular. La terraza es super agradable. En general disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Hay TV en la sala y el cuarto principal, 4 baños. Los acabados como los vestieres ya tienen sus años y les falta mantenimiento. También sería bueno contar con un lavavajillas en un departamento tan grande. La decoración es bonita. Si, viajan con niños, en frente del edificio quedan varias piscinas con toboganes y un bar. Fue lo máximo. Para el beach club y la playa se toma un carrito de golf que sale enfrente del edificio. Sin embargo, la piscina del edificio nos gusto mas. Muy recomendable.

No cumple con lo que promete y ofrece
Ofrece internet el cual no esta contratado,
El refrigerador nunca sirvió y el propietario no lo quizo arreglar por lo que tuvimos que tirar toda la comida que compramos , el lavabo del cuarto principal tiene una fuga por lo que se escurre el agua todo el tiempo
No lo renten no dan lo que ofrecen

We will probably come back
The place is spare, clean, modern and comfortable. The resort offers something for people of all ages. And Jessica’s food made every meal a culinary experience: very tasty Mexican seaside food with all of its trimmings. The ceviche was great, the camarones al mojo de ajo excellent and the pescado a la talla extraordinary.

Lindo departamento
Es un departamento muy bonito con una ubicación perfecta para poder disfrutar con la familia. La administración y las reglas son un poco exigentes por lo que el compartir el reglamento y dar alguna recomendación del propietario resulta elemental. La pasamos muy bien y todo el personal del lugar es muy amable y respetuoso. Vale mucho la pena el pasar por lo menos una semana ya que se siente como si estuvieras en casa. Jessica es la persona que atiende el departamento y su actitud es excelente y cocina delicioso, muchas gracias por la hospitalidad.

Beautiful, spacious and affordable
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful penthouse. There apartment was spacious and clean. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was modern. There were a few basic amenities that we would have liked. Coming from out of the country, it would have been nice to have some basic things such as coffee, milk, salt and shampoo and soap to begin our stay. There is a supermarket a short distance that had all the things you need. There are multiple pools and a beach club a short ride away(provided by the facility). There was ample chaise lounges and umbrellas. At the beach club security is very present. They are expected to enforce a multitude of rules that are placed by the administration. We felt irritated and harassed at times. (particularly my young adult children ). There is waiter service and snacks.
There is a commercial center with shops and restaurants just next door to the complex. We felt safe at all times. Could use more of a personal touch, ie welcome basket. A book with suggestions for things to do, restaurants etc. , and guest book for guests to sign and leave feedback. The apartment is as represented in the photos. We had a fantastic stay and will likely be back.
