'Hotel is gedateerd, het heeft gewoon een update nodig. Geen waterdruk bij douchen, bijna geen water bij de wastafel. Airco houdt de hele buurt wakker (veel lawaai). Vliegjes op de kamer .. heel erg vervelend. Maar locatie en personeel maken veel goed. De restaurant is fantastisch. Maar volgende keer toch de Wild Orchid nemen 200 meter verderop'

'The lady at the desk was very friendly she's doing her job very good..👍 But this hotel is way way to expansive for the service the order( none) hotelroom situated at the thirth floor.. no aircon and elevator available in the hallway, only at the groundfloor( so very hot and no fans other floors) in the room a balcony and see view😒1 m wide door opened with alot of force..try closing it almost fell out cabinet drawer broken and garbage inside and almost no water coming out the shower..beach...

'Beautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you don’t experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature.'

'We needed two rooms. There were two room with separate bathrooms with a common eating area. A kitchenete but no refrigerator. One of the baths had a hot water tank, but the other did not.'
