The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, cooking basics (like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper), and all necessary dishes and silverware—making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

The cozy bedroom features a queen-sized bed with fresh bed linens, side tables, and a wardrobe for clothing storage. The modern bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and comes stocked with essentials such as towels, soap, Luxor-brand shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A private balcony with two chairs and a table offers the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy the outdoor view.

🔇 Noise & Behavior
Please keep noise levels low at all times. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive noise—especially outdoors.

No outdoor music after 10:00 PM. Use of speakers, musical instruments, or any amplification that can be heard outside is not allowed.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Parties or events are not allowed. Disturbance to neighbors may result in termination of your stay without refund.

🚭 Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is strictly prohibited, including tobacco, vapes, and e-cigarettes.

No alcohol is allowed near the pool area, and no glass containers should be used around the pool (if applicable).

🐾 Pets
Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing before check-in.

If approved, only house-trained cats or dogs (max 2) are permitted.

A pet fee and refundable pet deposit will be required.

🚗 Parking
Street parking is not allowed.

Please park only in designated areas or the allocated parking space.

Do not exceed the maximum number of vehicles allowed.

👥 Guests & Occupancy
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.

Kindly notify us in advance if you expect any additional guests—extra charges may apply.

🧼 Property Care
Do not move furniture or misuse appliances—use them only for their intended purposes.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition throughout their stay.

A walkthrough inspection is recommended at check-in. Please report any damage immediately.

Trash must be disposed of properly. Failure to do so will result in a fine of AED 500.
