'Everything was great except for the lack of an elevator (which I was aware of when I booked). Please be mindful if you have lots of luggage or if you have difficulties with stairs.'

'スタッフの皆さんがとても愛想が良く、部屋の説明など簡潔にしてくださりとても親切でした。 部屋も不便なく快適に過ごせました。'

'Stayed a short time but was just what I needed. Thank you.'

'It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate). Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need). Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options...

'Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.'

'객실이 아주 넓었으며, 매우 쾌적했습니다. 조식도 훌륭합니다. 다음에 서울가면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.'

'Loved how they change the sheets everyday!! The staff were very friendly and always helpful if needed. Loved the rooftop patio. The location of the hotel was also very nice. It’s located in a system of alleyways that has lots to do. Great food, arcades, izakayas/bars.'

'This is a little bit dirty motel. Nice price and quiet.'

'洗濯機は使わなかったですが、キッチンがあり滞在するのに便利でした。'

'Perfect hotel! Zalige bedden en bedlinnen. Nabij Gimpo (10 minuten lopen). Veel eettentjes in de buurt. '
