The space
Master bedroom with King size bed, deluxe bathroom , sitting area, large shower, deep tub and walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 Full size beds and large closet, third bed room has extra long bunk beds that share full bathroom.
Contemporary open concept 1,200 Sq Fy home design with many double pane windows and sliding glass doors provide panoramic views.

Maximum 8 guests.

Guest access
Guests can use entire Home. The 25 x 12 ft covered deck allows dining or refreshments with a perfect view of the Cobre Mountain and surroundings tall cottonwood and pine trees. Star Gazing is a plus.

Other things to note
No pets allowed. For your safety - No candles or open fires.

Smoke Free home and Smoking indoors is Prohibited. Fee will be charged for violations.

Property located in the Historic Village of Abiquiu created in 1771 by the Spanish Crown Land Grant and Santo Tomas Catholic Church erected 1774 in classic SW Adobe style. Close to Santa Fe National Forest great for hiking and picnic area along the flowing Chama River 10 minutes from home. Bode’s General store, restaurants, and Georgia O Keeffe Museum is 1/2 mile walk or drive.

Visit Santa Fe and Colorado’s state line about 1 hour drive. Ghost Ranch is 12 miles or 22 minutes drive. After sight seeing, shopping or hiking, return to Abiquiu home to be re-energized by area’s natures beauty and the spectacular Cobre Mountain Views.

We’re so happy to have you staying with us at Casitas Del Arroyo Retreat and hope you’re having a wonderful and relaxing visit!

A few friendly reminders to help ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone:

● For safety, the tubs are intended for adult use only. We kindly ask that children are always supervised by an adult at all times.
● Please be sure to promptly close the front door and sliding glass patio door to help keep flying insects outside where they belong.

Checkout Instructions:

● Check in time is 3:00 PM and check time out is 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you honor this time so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guests.
● Return all remotes and attach them to the TVs.
● Empty the refrigerator completely.
● Empty all trash cans and place all tied trash bags in the outdoor trash can. Please ensure the lid is securely closed to keep animals out.
● Strip the bed linens from all used beds and leave them on the floor of each room. Please do not remove the mattress pad protectors or pillow protectors.
● Place all dirty towels in the laundry room.
● Load all dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
● Upon Leaving please: Set the temperature to 78°F in the summer or 65°F in the winter.
● Turn off all lights.
● Close and lock all doors.

PLEASE NOTE that the Santa Fe National Forest is several miles and has wild animals. The National Forest has safe hiking paths and guests are 20 minutes from the GHOST RANCH.
