The listed rate is for four guests. There is a $25/night/guest charge for each registered guest over four. Having the rate set for four guests helps us not completely price out smaller groups. The additional charge over four guests helps get the our home in line with what would be the standard rate if we charged every group regardless of size for say 8-10 guests which would allow for extra use, wear and tear, consumables, cleaning, etc. Please see house rules for unregistered guest charges.

No Pet Policy - (no pets. Any violations will incur an additional minimum deep cleaning fee of $500)
