'Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean.'

'This hotel was rated 4 stars. While the people who brought us breakfast were lovely and we appreciated it, this was far from a four star hotel. No shampoo just old half used body wash. No complete cleaning of the bathroom - a fly was left on the floor for five days, and the mattress, linens and pillows were very low quality. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower set up was actually dangerous with a two foot drop just past the toilet.'

Authentiek, sfeervol, ruime kamers. Personeel zeer vriendelijk met goed ontbijt. Op 1 minuut van Plaza Mayor. Echte aanrader.'

'Perfect gelegen net buiten centrum.

'This is the place to stay if you’re coming to Cuenca. Def get a river view. Amazing views super clean delicious breakfast. Lovely staff. Stepping back in time and central to all.'

Oude inrichting.'

'This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were completely in love with it. It is beautiful, charming, spacious, spotless, and full of character. The architecture and decoration are stunning—you can truly feel the care and thought that went into every detail. It is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The location could not be better. It is literally a 2-minute walk from the cathedral and within walking distance of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a...

'Schoon maar verouderd. Wel fijn parkje voor de deur. Naastgelegen gebouw zooitje'

'I had a Mountain View room, and the view was spectacular. Very comfortable bed and room in a perfect location. The place does not have Wi-Fi, so if that’s essential to you then it might make a difference in staying here.'

'It was rather cold in the room, breakfast could be better for this price.'

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. '

'Situación inmejorable y apartamento excelente y con buenas vistas.'

'I don’t understand the poor reviews??? A great hotel for the price. Staff helpful plus it was both clean & comfortable. Will use it again.'
