« Clean room and distance from family »

« DO NOT STAY HERE! They have random people hanging out outside the hotel people walking in and out without shirts on. It stinks. Mold on the blankets. It’s just a sketchy place. If I could give it zero stars I would. »

« Water damage on the ceiling tiles bugs, soaked carpet, black mold in the toilet mold in the shower. I took a shower walked on the carpet 15 steps and the bottom of my feet look like I traveled a forest floor after a downpour for several weeks. Ended up getting a full refund and the way that property looked they should have paid people to stay there. »

« We always enjoy staying at Annabelle’s while we’re in Lincoln. Cute community feel, great breakfast, free slushies or ice cream on a hot day. We’ll definitely be back! »

« Room had not been swept(vinyl plank floors). Other than towels, washcloths, and single use bar soap, no other bathroom amenities. The room used to be extended stay as it had a full size refrigerator, countertop stove, and small coffee pot. ‘Studio 6’ is formerly Hotel 6, so obviously old, however this one is being renovated. « Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some...

« Great rooms, very nice staff all the way around. This property is very clean, family friendly, good swimming pool, hot tub was a little small for that size of property but still nice. Rooms were clean except when we moved the couch for the pull out bed, we found soy sauce and a snap picture.....lol Oh and when we started to check out, I ran the dishwasher and it leaked under the sink. I did tell the front desk employee upon checkout. »

« Poor communication, and deceiving.the clerk asked for 100. Cash deposit which I thought was very unusual The clerk insisted stated will give cash back the next day. Only stayed there one night and we informed the clerk will be leaving very early the next day. After he ran the card for the deposit of the 100.00 he told us to call early (4:00 am appx) and he will refund.
