'Would stay here again. Communication with the host was clear and prompt, room is small but has everything you need other than a kitchenette to make your own meals or a sink to wash dishes. More of a private hotel room than a suite. Deck with fireplace is a nice touch but we didnt use it. If you have a car, Coquitlam is a nice area to stay in the Lower Mainland if you want to save money and be away from the loudness of Vancouver City Center.'

'The place was as listed. It was clean, safe and accommodating. The area was easy to find and was secure and safe. There is daycare across the building. I booked it from Expedia and I didn’t got an email of the instructions to checking in (it’s because of Expedia, it’s not the host’s fault). But I contacted our host and he easily sent it to me. He was quick to reply. We had a great stay and will definitely book here again. '

'The unit hosts two adults comfortably. Kitchen is well-appointed, bedroom area also has couch for watching tv. Washer/dryer unit is handy and efficient. On-street parking is quite convenient. Unit and neighborhood very quiet. The place is only about 5 minutes from grocery stores, great coffee shop (JJ Beans), restaurants, etc. A great bargain all around!'

'This was one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in and we have stayed in many. Hands down I would book again and plan to for our next visit. We slept so very well and felt extremely relaxed. The lavender around was so soothing. I had my coffee on the little deck in the morning. '

'The house itself is a good place but the host is not an honest person. She advertised features and benefits in the house that she does not provide. The check-in process was terrible and her communication just as bad. Then she promised a gift hamper for guests staying up to four days. I stayed 7 days byt she did not provide any hamper even when I asked twice. A dishonest hist.'
