On the ground floor: Living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, etc.), a living room with sofa, armchair and television, a bathroom with 1 shower. Italian style (130x0.87cm), washing machine and Wc. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom containing 1 double bed (160x200 cm), storage.

Independent WC Secure parking in the courtyard (1 vehicle) + garage (5m x 4.50m). Enclosed garden with garden furniture. Baby equipment on request: travel cot, high chair.
