'普通のアパート内の何部屋かをホテルとしておられる感じでした。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、バスタオル、薄手のバスローブ、アメニティ（歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシなど）の他、食器やカトラリー類に加え、食器用洗剤とスポンジや浄水器のようなものもあり、便利でした。 一般的なホテルにあるお茶のティーバッグやスティックコーヒーのようなものはありませんので、必要な方は持参すると良いかと思います。 一番有り難かったのは、宿泊したお部屋（3b）は、高くなっている床にマットレスが直置きしてあったことから、動かして2台並べることができた点です。 2歳の子供との初めての一泊旅行でしたが、ベッドからの転落を気にすることなく、安心して過ごすことができました。 場所も、歩いてすぐの所に天保山マーケットやコンビニがあり、非常に便利でした。 スタッフの方との連絡もこまめに取れ、ありがたかったです。 使用済み紙おむつの処分を事前に伺ったところ、ご快諾いただけたのも、本当にありがたかったです。 また近くに旅行に来る機会がありましたら、利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。'

'It is very close to the Osaka-koh station and very convenient to commute to the EXPO. Very friendly staffs especially Korean- speaking lady who is very kind and warm to greet you which makes your stay comfortable and feel at home in some degrees. She kindly guided me to take a bus instead of trains to go to Osaka station with heavy luggage because the bus stop is located nearby the hotel and we do not need to do up-and-downs with suitcases. 'Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). 'De medewerkers bij het ontbijtbuffet zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, zeer ruime keus. De kamer is prachtig, ruim en heeft een aparte douche en wc. Het uitzicht op de baai is fantastisch.'

'Stayed here as had a 1.5 day ticket to USJ. It took me 15 mins to walk there so is ideal. The hotel also offers an amenities drawer where you can get bath soaks, toothbrushes etc and as well as having a water machine and microwave has an ice machine which saves you a small fortune (it was super hot when I went so wanted ice all the time). 'Dit hotel heeft mooie ruime kamers. De ruimste die wij tijdens onze Japan reis gehad hebben. Natuurlijk is dit hotel een aanrader als je het naastgelegen Universal Studio’s Japan bezoekt. Wij hebben dit hotel ook gebruikt om Osaka te bezoeken en een dagtrip Hiroshima te doen. Het ontbijt is goed, genoeg keuze. Personeel is weer extreem vriendelijk. Zeker een aanbeveling dit hotel. '
