'They offered Free laundry machines to their guests. Mary, the weekend breakfast server/worker was so sweet!!!!! Missed her during the week. The room cleaners/service personnel were nice as well when we needed extra items from their carts. The front desk, Dan for 1, personnel were nice as well and helpful. I will stay here again when I come to Syracuse again!'

'Bathroom ceiling over shower head had large hole spilling water out during shower. Was exhausted and didn't notice beforehand. TV wasn't working, it was a very long driving day and we had gone to bed and wanted to relax. Maintenance and staff came and moved out dresser and after about 20 minutes tv was fixed. In the morning, said dresser was still moved out away from wall exposing bed bug matter and mice droppings. Bed was uncomfortable. Reported all the above and showed room to person at...

'Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...
