'Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone...

'Noisy location, not peaceful at all. There’s an extremely high amount of traffic around the hotel all night. Couldn’t tell the airport was close by because all the noise from the cars and trucks drowned out the airplane noise. Hotel is getting dated and needs a refresh. Pealing wallpaper and light switches that don’t work the main lighting are two examples. The mattress was uncomfortable, felt like one from a discount clearance store. I’ll never stay here again. I’m n a positive note, the staff...
