'The family staff that run this hotel is very friendly and helpful. They are very present in a pleasant and serviceminded way during breakfast and dinner. They seem 100% motivated and dedicated to make their business and our stay a success. 'Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. 'Our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! The outdoor pool was also great, and most top things to do are within a quick 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The view around the hotel was just scenic. The hotel manager was so kind and thoughtful, asking how we were doing when he found out we were both feeling under the weather. I just wished there was a/c although I learned that in most if not all hotels around the dolomites area, a/c is not available in June, the time we were there. Recommended.'

'One of the best states of our lives. Everything was new and impeccable. Very quiet and relaxing and state of the yard technology, but old world class and service. Definitely coming back. Family that owns and runs hotel is fantastic. Location is incredible with short walks to three different gondolas or train lifts to go hiking and eat at restaurants. Front desk organize superb E bike tour.'

'We loved everything about this place. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our apartment had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, great showers and a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast each morning was a delcious pre-hike feast. The walk into town for shops and restaurants took about three minutes. We had a wonderful time!'
