'The staff was terrific! There could have been a little more music by the pool areas as it was very quiet most of the time. Perhaps though that is the vibe of the property. The restaurants were just ok. Breakfast was pretty standard but the other places were just average. Unfortunately due to events, we were not able to enjoy the rooftop restaurant. However, I will say that our room came with a butler and he was terrific! He helped us with off site reservations and his recommendations were...

'Great spot. Amazing views and very nice accommodations. Only issue is they blasted music 8pm -2am on a Saturday and no one would sleep.
Wayyyy too late and too loud!! Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. '

'Our stay at this Cabo resort was a bit of a mixed bag. While the property itself is beautiful, it didn't quite live up to its five-star rating or the high price tag this trip.
The highlights were definitely the physical grounds and the spa, which was exceptionally nice and well-maintained. We also appreciated the service recovery; the staff did a great job making things right after a frustrating misunderstanding regarding our check-in and credits.
However, the "all-inclusive" experience fell...

'One of the most beautiful properties we’ve been to! Pricing is a little extra extravagant, but you get what you pay for! The recreation center at the beach is a blast, food was delicious, staff is exceptional, and even the yoga classes were great! Highly recommend the sea-bobs, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Fernando @recreation and Milena our concierge were outstanding!!'
