« We had a truly amazing time there. We enjoyed the peace and nice mountain view and air while in the hotel. What's better is it's right next to the Luneng town centre where it's easy to find restaurants and activities in the evening. Hotel staff were all great! »

« six senses was an amazing experience for us!
at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings.
the room and facilities overall were superb! onsen was so comfortable in the winter, and the room was very spacious.
we had an issue with the heating and the staff were very on the ball- bringing us a portable heater while they tried to fix the...

« The villla was spacious and well maintained. I loved the Christmas tree that they set up in the middle of the living room. Made the place warm and special. The staff welcomed us with a sash and a dance and it was nice of them to do so. Our personal assigned Neba (butler) Jasmine Zhang, was super attentive. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even prepare small gifts for my boy whose birthday was round the corner. The food was fantastic too! The hotel manager Gin personally came...

« We have booked this hotel for Monday, Tuesday and Wed nights (3 nights) one month ago, the hotel policy stated no refund and no cancellation allowed. My flight on Monday was cancelled, so I called hotel to keep my room since refund was not allowed.
But when we checked in on Tuesday, the staff told us booking cancelled / no room reserved / didn’t receive reservation / need to call Expedia staff etc. However, we can book a room with the current rate which is almost double from what we paid...
