'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel.
Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards.
All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston.
I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'Check in and checkout process was horrendous. Doesn’t help that service near the VIRTUAL check in area is almost non-existent . Pictures look better than the rooms themselves. Area is fine the rooms are standard an okay. Never would I refer to this place as luxurious. It took 2 hours for me to check in and I had to call the service desk since the access codes never worked for the keys. When I was checking out and had to go to a train we were held for 30 minutes because. Once more, the virtual...
