'The cable car was out of service, so they had to use golf carts instead. This caused long waiting times when it was busy.

The toilet was faulty and barely flushed.
They forgot to release the credit card hold when we checked out. I had to remind them.
Overall, the property is poorly maintained. The rooms are outdated and there is a clear lack of maintenance. The...

'Nice property with good vibe! For the price it should be more painted and taken care of. I know the sun & sea have an absolute influence on wood. But if you ask that amount money I think that’s logical to have a structural maintenance program. Breakfast all day was fantastic! Too little beds at the pool. Although my review sounds critical we had a good time!'
