'It’s definitely a family resort , staff 10/10, food 10/10, birthday accommodations 10/10 The only issues I have is they need more entertain for the adults and the bar needs to be open until 1am not 11pm. Also the website mentioned 18 restaurants which I did not see. Otherwise I give the resort 9/10.'

Lo único que sugerimos es que las personas que intentan agendar masajes al llegar al hotel no presionarán tanto, fue un momento incómodo e hizo que rechazáramos el servicio totalmente. 'Everything was what my family and I hoped for. The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was wonderful. I worked a good deal on both snorkeling and Isla Mujeres excursions, that were amazing. I was disappointed to find out that this resort is not actually on the island of Isla Mujeres, but the location ended up being perfect. If we ever go back, I would look to book at Villas del Palmer first!'
