'The hotel car park is a short walk from the hotel itself - not a big deal but worth bearing in mind if you have a lot of bags or kids or limited mobility. Rooms are well set up, small but have everything you need. Breakfast is disappointing - undercooked food, tired buffet, and they don't let you help yourself to the cooked breakfast buffet so you're at the mercy of the staff's ideas. I ended up with an unwanted lake of beans.'

'Everything was perfect apart from the check in. I phoned a few weeks before my stay to inform the hotel that we would be there before normal check in time and was there anywhere we could change as we were going to a wedding at a different venue. I was initially offered the public toilet in the hotel and then the leisure centre changing area. I phoned on the way to the hotel to see if the room was ready and was given the same answer as to the room availability and the area we could change in....
